A SquadGoo Business account isn't locked into one lane. Switch between hiring staff as a Recruiter and taking Customer work as a Service Provider, from the same profile, anytime.

One mode is active at a time. Switching pauses the other's hiring activity — it doesn't delete anything, and you can switch back anytime. Hiring Active itself doesn't turn back on by itself, though — you flip that switch again when you're ready.
Field staff extend a Service Provider's team without each person needing their own Business or Jobseeker signup. The Service Provider adds them by mobile number and an admin approves it; the field staff member then signs in with that number — there's no separate field staff signup.
What stays the same across both modes
One wallet
SG Coins are a single shared balance. Service earnings and Customer-job payouts are tracked in their own view inside the same Wallet — not a second account to fund.
One profile, one verification
The KYC/KYB you complete as a Business covers both modes. You don't re-verify to switch.
No second signup
Service Provider isn't a separate account type — it's a setting inside the Business account you already have.

Are Service Provider and Recruiter separate accounts?
No. Service Provider is a mode inside the same Business account, not a separate account type or a second signup.
Can I hire and serve Customers at the same time?
One mode is active at a time — switching to Service Provider mode pauses Find Staff and Hiring Active. Switching back makes your hiring tools available again, but Hiring Active stays off until you turn it on. Switch back anytime.
Do I need a separate wallet for each mode?
No. SG Coins are one shared balance across both modes.
