Is this SMS from SquadGoo?

Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm AEST · support@squadgoo.com.au

How a genuine SquadGoo SMS looks Sender

The From / sender is SquadGoo Support, number +61 452 418 314. The body starts with SQUADGOO, names why we wrote (verification code, Field Pass, shift reminder, or an account notice), and includes this page: https://www.squadgoo.com.au/verify-sms. A message that omits this link, uses a different number, or asks you to tap a random shortened URL is not a genuine SquadGoo SMS.

Codes stay in the official app App only

A one-time code (OTP) is entered only in the official SquadGoo app. Staff codes are entered only on the official Staff Portal or Owner login. Field Pass codes stay on the official Field Pass page. We will never ask you to type a code into a website that is not squadgoo.com.au, or to read it out to someone who called you.

What we will never ask by SMS Anti-phishing

SquadGoo will never ask for your password, wallet PIN, KYC photos (passport, licence, selfie, or company documents), or ask you to forward a code by SMS, phone, email, or chat. We will not ask you to “unlock” SG Coins by sending a code to a third party. If a message does any of that, it is not us — delete it and email support@squadgoo.com.au.

If you are unsure Next step

Do not tap unknown links in the text. Open the SquadGoo app yourself from the App Store / Google Play, or from this website’s Download page, then check Notifications. For Staff Portal, sign in at the official staff address only. Still stuck? Email support with the time of the SMS. Do not forward the code.
