Available for an action
The wallet shows funds that can be used for the selected purpose. Eligibility can depend on the balance type and action. Available does not automatically mean withdrawable.
Bonus credit
Welcome and referral credit can help with permitted on-platform use. Bonus coins cannot be withdrawn. Review the particular offer's eligibility and conditions.
Held funds
A hold reserves funds for a particular offer, fee or work-payment path. Funds on hold are not freely available for another action. Their later charge or release depends on the recorded outcome and rules.
Withdrawable funds
Use the wallet's withdrawable amount and current limits, not the total of every balance. Bonus credit, holds and pending payouts are not the same as funds ready to withdraw.
What changes for your role?
Recruiters
Matching fees and reserved work pay serve different purposes. Review required funds before confirming offers or Quick Fill. Off Platform Pay does not produce a work-pay transfer through the worker's SquadGoo wallet.
Jobseekers
You do not buy SG Coins simply to receive offers. On a supported Pay via SquadGoo job, follow the completion and payout status. A pending payout is not an immediate withdrawal promise.
Customers
Check the matching fee and any required task-pay funds in the chosen path. A price discussed in a quote is separate from the later offer confirmation and applicable charges.
Service Providers
Quote responses and accepted work can involve provider-side fees. Customer and provider responsibilities are separate; review your applicable charge rather than assuming the Customer pays every platform fee.

Adding funds
Follow the deposit instructions shown for your account in the app. If using PayID, use the displayed account-specific details—not payment instructions copied from a message or an unverified website.
Check the wallet record if a deposit is still pending. Do not assume a delay means you need to send the amount again.
Withdrawing funds
Review the eligible amount, destination, fee, minimum and any applicable cap before confirming. Check processing and account requirements in the wallet. There is no fixed processing-time promise in this guide.
