For Recruiters
When a candidate looks suitable for a role or shift, request an interview before deciding whether to send a Manual Fill or Quick Fill offer.
Matched hiring, with a screening step
Interview Requests give Recruiters and Customers a scheduled way to screen a matched Jobseeker. It is a real connection step before a job offer—not an open applicant board, not an automatic hire.
A clear boundary
SquadGoo keeps the interview step distinct from a job offer. An accepted request creates the opportunity to speak; it does not create a job, change a reliability rating or skip the ordinary offer, eligibility and confirmation path.
When a candidate looks suitable for a role or shift, request an interview before deciding whether to send a Manual Fill or Quick Fill offer.
Customers can invite a matched Jobseeker to an interview when a conversation is more useful than sending an offer immediately.
Review the request and decide whether to accept. Your response is a choice, not an automatic commitment to a job.
How the request works
The live Interview Request path is deliberately Jobseeker-target only. A Service Provider is not an interview target.
The recipient can accept or decline and work through the proposed interview timing in the app.
If both sides decide to move forward, a real job still uses the platform’s ordinary offer workflow and its applicable checks.
Interview Requests are not used for Service Providers. Customers can start with the service pathway and use Quote Requests where a price discussion is needed.
For role and shift staffing, start with the employer path, then choose Manual Fill or Quick Fill when you are ready to send offers.
Create the account path that fits your role, complete applicable verification, and use the in-app request or offer path when it is right.
