Field Staff is deliberately narrower than a standard SquadGoo account. It supports the assigned-work experience and a read-only profile, while the Service Provider keeps the business relationship and staffing decisions in their own account.

Field Staff is an internal Service Provider delegation decision. It does not turn a helper into a publicly selectable marketplace profile or change the Customer’s normal request, offer and confirmation rules.
