SquadGoo is only for people aged 18 or over. Using SquadGoo means you follow the Terms — including account honesty, respectful behaviour, and how offers, fees, SG Coins and payments work. The PDF is the binding version and contains everything on this page.

Content standards, reporting and blocking

Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated on SquadGoo. This includes harassment, bullying and threats; hate speech or discrimination; sexual or violent content; content that exploits or endangers anyone; scams, spam and misleading job or service listings; and anything unlawful in Australia. It applies everywhere you can post or send — job ads, profiles, the Public Forum, and messages.

You can report any post, comment or member from inside the app, and you can block a member. Blocking hides each of you from the other in the Public Forum and in profile views, and stops that member commenting on your posts or replying to you there. It does not cancel or change any offer, contract, payment or job chat you already share. The other member is not told. Reporting does not need the other person’s agreement, and using either control never affects your rating or your ability to find work.

We review reports promptly and deal with urgent safety reports first. Where content breaches these standards we remove it, and we suspend or permanently remove the accounts responsible. Serious matters are referred to the appropriate Australian authority.
