A different way to hire — one offer, a whole team

SquadPairs

SquadPairs lets jobseekers team up into a squad with set roles, so a business can hire the whole team in one offer instead of matching people one by one.

How a squad forms

Jobseekers build the team themselves, before any job exists.

A jobseeker starts a squad

Name it, describe it, and set up the roles it needs — for example 2 baristas and 1 supervisor.

Others join by role slot

Teammates fill each open slot. A squad isn't "hired" until it has real people in place.

The squad becomes visible to recruiters

An active squad, with its role slots and members, is discoverable by businesses hiring for matching work.

How a business hires a squad

One offer, sent to the whole team — not one offer per person.

Find an active squad

Browse squads whose role slots match what the job needs.

Send one bundled offer

The offer goes to the squad, priced and paid the same two ways as any other offer — Off Platform Pay or SquadGoo Guaranteed.

Each member responds

Squad members accept or decline individually. The offer proceeds once the role slots it needs are filled.

Recruiter feature today: sending a squad bundle offer is a Business account action. Jobseekers form and join squads; Businesses hire them.

Common questions

Do I have to fill every role slot to get hired?

A squad's bundled offer proceeds once its required role slots are filled — an incomplete squad can still be browsed, but a business hiring for a specific mix of roles needs those slots covered.

Can a jobseeker be in more than one squad?

Squad membership and its rules are managed in-app. This page covers what SquadPairs is for and how a hire happens — exact membership limits show in the app.

Is SquadPairs a separate account type?

No. It's a feature inside the existing Jobseeker and Business accounts — no new signup type is needed to form, join, or hire a squad.
