Company Business accounts hire with Manual and Quick Fill and can serve Customers where the product allows. You complete KYC for people and KYB for the business, keep a company profile, and use a company SG Coins wallet for hiring holds.

How do offers reach me on SquadGoo?

Offers come to you — recruiters and Customers invite or Quick Fill matches you; you do not apply to a job board. Check Home → New Offers for pending invites, and turn Active on when you want Quick waves.

How do I post a help request?

Open Match Maker, describe the task, set your schedule, place, and budget. You can draft with our AI helper or fill the fields yourself. When you are happy, start Manual Fill to browse matches or Quick Fill to invite Active helpers automatically.

Do I need an ABN to hire?

Yes for Hiring Active as a sole trader. Complete KYC first, then add a valid ABN on Profile → Tax so you can turn Hiring Active on and send offers. You can still set up your account before that, but hiring unlocks after ABN is in place.

What do I need before Hiring Active unlocks?

Company hiring unlocks when KYC and KYB are verified. ABN/ACN details belong on the company profile / KYB path at signup and ongoing. Until both checks pass, Hiring Active stays locked.

Active means you are open to receiving Quick Fill offers (Uber-style). When Active is off, you will not get Quick waves, but Manual Fill recruiters can still match and send offers based on your preferences and profile.
