Three ways to fill a shift
All three match the same way. What changes between them is how you pick who fills the shift, and how payment moves.
Manual Fill
Quick Fill (Direct)
Quick Fill Guaranteed
Only Quick Fill Guaranteed holds salary in escrow and carries the guarantee — see exactly what that covers.
Before any of the three fill modes applies, someone has to start the conversation.
Customers
Describe the job in chat with Match Maker and get ranked matches — the entry point into hiring, not a fourth fill mode.
Or ask a Service Provider for a price with a Quote Request first. You never pay to ask; the Service Provider pays a fixed fee only if they respond with a quote, credited against the match fee if it converts.
Recruiters
Talk to a Jobseeker before committing to a full offer. A matchmaking hold is placed when you send it — priced like a Manual Fill offer, scaled to match %. Only deducted if the Jobseeker accepts; released on decline, cancel, or expiry.
Matching isn't one list sorted by keyword. Real AI reads meaning, a deterministic score decides the number — and only the number decides your fee.
Job descriptions and profiles are compared with real AI language understanding, not a keyword search. If the model is briefly unavailable, matching falls back to comparing the actual wording — so a match is never blocked by an outage, just less finely tuned for that moment.
Your match percentage — and the fee tiered to it — always comes from a fixed scoring formula, never from a model's opinion. An AI assistant can re-order how candidates are shown to help you scan them faster, but it only ever reads that score. It cannot change it.
Ask the in-app AI assistant to draft a job, send an offer, or invite a candidate, and it proposes the action for you to confirm before anything happens. It can never touch your wallet balance, your login, or account security — those stay off-limits to AI, always.
