YOUR SQUADGOO GUIDE

Know your options.
Choose with clarity.

What happens next? What will it cost? What stays your choice? Start with your situation, then explore the details before you commit.

SquadGoo is a matching platform for Recruiters and Jobseekers, and for Customers and Service Providers. A suggested match is a possibility—not a promise of work or a completed booking.

Find your starting point
  1. 01
    Understand the path

Know who is involved and what the next step does.

  2. 02
    Review the details

    Requirements, permissions, costs and conditions.

  3. 03
    Make your decision

Confirm only when the action is clear to you.

A guide to informed choices—not a simulation of a completed job.

Start with what you need.

You do not need to learn every feature before choosing your path.

I need people for work

Describe the role or shift, review the matching pathway and decide how to send offers. A Business account can be a Company or Sole Trader.

Recruiter guide

I want work that fits

Keep your preferences and availability accurate. Review the work, timing, location and pay in an offer before accepting or declining.

Jobseeker guide

I need help with a task

Describe the scope, place and timing. Explore suitable help through Match Maker; clarify the price when a Quote Request is appropriate.

Customer guide

I provide services

Set up the service side of your Business account, review requests and decide which work to take. Service Provider is a Business mode, not a separate fourth signup account.

A match starts a decision.
It does not make it for you.

Review people or follow outreach

Manual Fill supports reviewing matches and selecting offers. Quick Fill follows confirmed outreach to eligible, available matches. Pending, accepted and declined responses mean different things; an offer sent is not a position filled.

Speak before offering work

An Interview Request arranges a human screening conversation with a Jobseeker. It is separate from a work offer and is not the Service Provider quoting path.

Interview Requests explained

Discuss a service price

A Customer can request a quote from a Service Provider. Accepting the quote leads into the ordinary offer flow; it does not automatically book the work or bypass eligibility and fees.

Quote Requests explained

Know the cost before the commitment.

Free to join and no subscription does not mean every action, payment or AI request is free.

Rates, calculations and conditions

Check who pays, what triggers the charge, the units used and whether the amount is a base rate or the final total. Pairing, positions and the selected pathway can matter. A public rate is not a personalised quote.

Pricing shows the latest retrieved Finance rates and their timestamp. If a refresh fails, any retained values are labelled as potentially outdated. Review the current calculation in the app before confirming.

Rates and charge explanations

Bonus, balance and held funds

Welcome and referral offers have different conditions. Bonus credit is not withdrawable cash. A hold reserves funds; whether it becomes a charge or is released depends on the action and its outcome.

Understand your wallet

Work pay is a separate decision

Platform fees and the amount paid for work are not the same. Check the selected payment pathway and its responsibilities before sending or accepting the offer.

Payment pathways

Beyond the first connection.

Work with people again

Labour Pool and Your Pool help with workforce discovery and repeat relationships. They do not create an unrestricted public contact directory or remove normal offer rules.

Repeat-work pathways

Be considered together

SquadPairs connects team members, while individual offer decisions still matter. Available positions, active membership and the relevant conditions must fit the selected team.

SquadPairs and its terms

Assign service work

Field Staff receive assigned-job access through the Service Provider's workflow. This is different from recruiting a Jobseeker and does not give staff a marketplace wallet or unrestricted account access.

AI TRANSPARENCY

Useful assistance.
Understand its boundaries.

In-app assistants, this website's ORC preview and future external AI connections are different experiences. Do not assume they have the same permissions or allowances.

What the assistant can do

Ask for guidance and supported tasks for your current role. Recruiter, Jobseeker, Customer and Service Provider tools differ. Account permissions and eligibility still apply; an AI response cannot override them.

Read action confirmations and check the resulting app state. An explanation or proposed action is not proof that a booking, payment or offer was completed.

Explore examples across all roles

Find your current allowance

In the app, open the AI usage information to check the separate message and voice meters, remaining usage and reset time. Limits are configured for your account; this public page cannot determine your personal allowance.

The current usage system draws on the configured free allowance before purchased extra usage. Purchased usage is tracked separately from the free reset. Review the current account information rather than assuming the same limit for every person.

Understand an extra-usage purchase

When top-up is available, review the SG Coin cost and the message or voice usage included before confirming. A wallet balance, bonus balance and remaining AI allowance are different measures.

An unavailable meter is not an unlimited allowance. If usage is exhausted or cannot be checked, review the app's message or contact support. This guide does not calculate or purchase usage for you.

Costs and selected public rates

Stay aware of voice controls

Check whether voice is listening, paused or ended. Minimising a live ORC session is not the same as ending it. Use the app's pause or end controls when you want to stop listening.

The website ORC demonstration is scripted and its microphone is off. It does not act on your account. External AI connections have a separate readiness and permission check.

External AI connection status

Check important answers

AI can misunderstand a request or give an incorrect or outdated answer. Confirm work details, fees and policy information in the relevant screen or published policy before relying on it.

Do not treat an assistant's answer as a guarantee of work, payment, legal compliance or professional advice. Ask support when an answer conflicts with your account or policy.

Think before sharing

Messages, voice transcripts and relevant account context can be processed by AI services. Conversation context may be retained; closing a conversation is not a promise that its records are deleted.

Do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Use the privacy and account-deletion routes for questions about your information; do not assume asking the assistant to forget removes every account record.

Privacy information and contact

Your information. Your confidence.

Know what verification means

Identity and business checks serve different purposes. A profile, a match or a verification state is not a guarantee of skill, suitability or a particular outcome. Read the work details and make your own checks where necessary.

Trust and safety

Know what is public

You can read the website's Public Forum without signing in. A public community post is not a private message. Job Ad interest is separate from the formal work-offer flow.

Browse the public community · Understand messaging

Find the policies

Read the published Terms, Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms before using the relevant service. These guides explain the product; they do not replace those documents or add new rights or guarantees.

When something does not go to plan.

Changed plans, cancellation or a disputed charge

Review the specific offer, quote or interview status and its cancellation information. Declining, expiry, cancellation and a refund are not interchangeable. A returned hold is not the same as a bonus.

Contact support with the relevant reference and what happened. Avoid sending identity documents, card details or passwords in an ordinary support message.
