Privacy Policy
How SquadGoo collects, uses, and protects personal information in Australia. Effective 12 August 2026 (version 2026-08-12). Public contact is support@squadgoo.com.au only. The full policy is a PDF — open it below, or jump to delete-account steps if that’s what you need.
In short
We use personal information to run SquadGoo accounts, matches, support, and payments where relevant. We do not sell your data. Read the PDF for the full picture under Australian privacy rules.
Identity verification and overseas disclosure
If your account needs identity verification, you may be asked to complete a check through Didit, an identity-verification provider we use. You provide your identity document and a live selfie directly to Didit through Didit’s own secure verification flow — SquadGoo does not receive, handle, or store those images ourselves. We only send Didit an internal account reference, and Didit sends us back the result of the check.
Didit is a separate company with operations in the European Union and the United States, and by default processes verification sessions in the European Union. This means your identity document and selfie may be handled and stored outside Australia. Didit uses recognised safeguards for this, including Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms, and holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security certifications.
